KOTAMOBAGU, BARUKETIK.COM – Tujuan ingin viral di media sosial, namun sayang perempuan (15) diciduk Polisi, gara-gara joged saat lampu merah menyalah di simpang empat Kelurahan Matali, Kota Kotamobagu.
Alhasil, karena dituding mengganggu lalu lintas tepatnya di trafig light Kelurahan Matali, akhirnya perempuan berparas cantik ini diamankan Satlantas Polres Kotamobagu, Jumat (17/07/2019).
Kasat Lantas Polres Kotamobagu AKP Novita Citra Restika SIK, mengatakan sebelum mengamankan perempuan muda ini, pihaknya berkoordinasi dengan Kepala Desa di Kecamatan Lolayan, Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow, karena perempuan ini warga setempat.
“Kami diantar kepala desa setempat dan menemui kedua orang tua diduga pelaku joged di trafig light,” terang Novita.
Meski sempat ditahan di Kantor Satlantas, namun tak lama kemudian perempuan ini dipulangkan lagi bersama orang tuanya, setelah membuat surat pernyataan tak mengulangi lagi perbuatan seperti itu.
“Yang bersangkutan hanya diberikan pembinaan untuk tidak mengulangi lagi aksi joget di traffic light yang dapat membahayakan dirinya dan pengguna jalan,” urai Novita.
“Apabila yang bersangkutan melakukannya lagi, akan dikenakan ancaman hukuman kurungan selama satu tahun serta denda,” tegas Novita.
Diketahui, joged di trafig light saat lampu merah menyalah menjadi trend baru anak-anak milenial di Kotamobagu, namun mereka tak mengetahui bila kelakuan tersebut bisa dijerat pidana.
