SULUT, BARUKETIK.COM – Masyarakat berhak menolak apabila Petugas Pemuktahiran Data Pemilih (PPDP) turun untuk melakukan pencocokan dan penelitian (coklit) data pemilih medio Juli hingga Agustus mendatang, bila tak gunakan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) yang disediakan KPU.
Mulai saat ini Komisi Pemilihan Umum melakukan bimbingan teknis terhadap PPDP, karena akan segera turun lapangan melakukan coklit kepada masyarakat pemilih di wilayah masing-masing. Pun, tiap-tiap KPU yang melaksanakan Pilkada 2020, menyiapkan APD untuk jajarannya.
Pimpinan Bawaslu Sulut, Awaludin Umbola saat dihubungi terkait ini mengatakan PPDP harus mengunakan APD yang disediakan KPU saat melaksanakan tugas.
“Harus pake APD, karena APD nya disediakan KPU,” ringkat Ewin sapaan akrabnya, Minggu (12/07/2020).
Disinggung aoakah masyarakat bisa menolak apabila PPDP saat turun colkit ke rumah-rumah pemilih bisa ditolak bila tak mengenakan APD, dijawab Ewin itu hak masyarakat.
“Soal menolak itu hak masyarakat kalau tidak merasa nyaman dengan PPDP yang tak mengenakan APD, karena Pilkada saat ini lain dari biasanya, karena ditengah pandemi covid-19, jadi ada aturan khusus yang dibuat,” singkat Ewin.
Dia juga mengajak masyarakat turut serta mengawasi pelaksanaan coklit, agar data pemilih Pilgub Sulut 2020, akurat, tidak ada kesalahan informasi atau keterangan dalam penulisan, mutakhir disusun berdasarkan informasi terbaru, komprehensif memuat pemilih yang memenuhi syarat dan mencoret yang tidak memenuhi syarat.
“Kemudian transparan artinya menyampaikan informasi dan menerima masukan dari publik,” imbuhnya.
Data dihimpun media ini, APD yang dibagikan kepada masing-masing PPDP yakni masker kain 4 buah, pelindung wajah 1 buah, hand sanitizer 150 mili liter dan sarung tangan plastik 1 pack isi 100 picis. Sedangkan masa kerja PPDP mulai 15 Juli hingga 13 Agustus mendatang melakukan coklit.
“Semua APD tersebut disiapkan oleh KPU Bolmong,” kata Komisioner KPU Bolmong, Alfian Pobela.
