KOTAMOBAGU, BARUKETIK.COM – Sebuah mobil Avanza dan dua motor menjadi barang bukti kasus tabrakkan Senin 10 Februari silam. Kini berkas kasus yang melibatkan oknum personil Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) Perwakilan Sulawesi Utara, telah dinyatakan lengkap oleh Kejari Kotamobagu.
Kepala Unit (Kanit) Lakalantas Polres Kotamobagu IPTU Sugiyanto menegaskan, berkas kasus laka lantas TKP Desa Tonom yang melibatkan oknum anggota BPK-RI, S (56), sudah dinyatakan lengkap (P-21).
“Tinggal tunggu waktu untuk tahap dua atau penyerahan tersangka dan barang bukti ke Kejaksaan Negeri Kotamobagu,” tegas Sugiyanto
Usut punya usut, kejadian tabrakan beruntun itu terjadi sekitar pukul 14.00 wita. Mobil Toyota Avansa nomor Polisi DD 1323 VC dikemudikan S mengarah ke Desa Doloduo. Mobil ini berusaha melewati mobil angkutan umum di depannya.
Namun naas, saat menyilang mobil di depannya, ternyata S tak mampu menghindar dan menabrak sepeda motor Yamaha Vixion DB 2778 DM dikendarai Leonardo Mewengkang (17) seorang pelajar warga Desa Tonom Kecamatan Dumoga Timur Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow.
Tabrakan kedua terjadi karena S tak mampu mengendalikan setir, dan kembali menabrak sepeda motor Honda Verza tanpa nomor polisi yang dikendarai Frenli Pandelaki (19) seorang pelajar warga Desa Modomang Kecamatan Dumoga timur.
Hari itu benar-benar naas bagi S, karena Toyota Avanza yang dikemudikannya berhenti setelah menabrak kios milik warga Desa Tonom yang tak jauh dari TKP tabrakan. Kiospun mengalami kerusakan. Dan Leonardo mengalami patah di kedua kakinya, sedangkan Frenli mengalami patah kaki sebelah kanan.
Kini para korban berada di kediamannya masing-masing. Ketiga kendaraan tersebut mengalami rusak parah, dan menjadi barang bukti terpakir di Kantor Satuan Lalu Lintas Polres Kotamobagu.
